Actually, I have an advantage as I am Dr. Anne's nurse. I have been impressed with her patient centered care when consulting with patients, since I first started working with her. She is kind, patient, and professional when explaining procedures and plans to patients, in a way that they can best understand. She is skilled, talented, and calm in all situations.
For too long, I suffered with my appearance because of an unfortunate, large, loose unattractive neck. Wearing a turtleneck shirt was not a reasonable resolution, especially living in warm climate! I had always thought of plastic surgery to correct my neck, but I kept putting it off for various reasons. When my four-year-old granddaughter gestured to my neck, and told me I looked like an iguana, I knew it was time. And now, knowing and working with Anne, there was no question. I had every confidence that I was in the best and safest hands.
I had seen results with so many happy patients, I absolutely knew I would be added to that list. I assumed I would have just a neck lift, but Anne showed me that a full-face lift was the way to go, to experience the best results.
Happy is not a strong enough word to describe how I feel post operatively. The surgery has made a significant impact. It has given me confidence and improved my self image greatly. I no longer feel that I have to cover or hide my neck. Anne planned and executed the best final results, as my face and neck look so lovely and natural for my age!
Recovery was very easy for me. Obviously, one should expect discomfort. The first 48 hours were uncomfortable, but after that, smooth sailing. I never needed pain medicine other that ibuprofen and acetaminophen.

From start to finish, the experience with Dr Dancey and her team was amazing. She is an absolutely lovely and caring person and made me feel like I was in very safe hands from the very first consultation. I had breast implants with Dr Dancey. I have nothing but positive things to say about Anne. It's great that such a brilliant surgeon is operating in the Cayman Islands. She knew exactly what implant size would work for me. She has a great "bedside manner" combined with fantastic surgical results. Honestly, it's probably the best money I have ever spent.
I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Dancey for revision breast augmentation and lift and I can't speak highly enough of the results I received. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted warmly by the staff and made to feel comfortable. Cindy is so kind and her bedside manner is the mold nurses are made from. I was no easy case, having endured two additional breast surgeries to fix aesthetic issues from my first surgery, I was not too thrilled about having to endure a 4th surgery. I was botched and therefore, meticulous in my search for a physician. Dr Dancey took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain treatment options in a way that made me feel secure. Dr Dancey used Crisalix, a software program that simulates breast augmentation using different implants sizes, so I was able to see how they would look on my own body.
Dr Dancey fixed an issue my previous surgeon told me was unfixable. Her work has given me my lifeback and enabled me move on from my botched nightmare. I highly recommend Dr. Dancey to anyone looking for an absolute perfectionist plastic physician.
Dr. Dancey performed my breast reduction surgery and it has honestly changed my life. From my first meeting with Dr. Dancey I felt so comfortable with her. She is very professional but is also so personable and understanding. She is confident and very experienced in all areas of plastic surgery.

I have been Dr Tanja Ebanks’ patient for several years and in my experience, she is a very skilled surgeon and clinician in the management of breast health care. I unreservedly recommend her to family, friends, indeed anyone, who may benefit from her specialised care and expertise. I would like to express my thanks to CTMH Doctors Hospital and the staffs especially to Dr. Tanja Ebanks for a successful surgery she did to my left hand. My two fingers (point and middle) were put back with the use of the state of the art equipment of the hospital. Thank God, I didn’t lose my job as a construction worker because my fingers are still complete and I can perform my duties the same way before I had surgery.
Dr. Ebanks is an amazing surgeon! She performed a lumpectomy on me in September 2021. Before the surgery she came into my room to make sure I was calm and reassured me everything would be ok. She even held my hand several times and rubbed my arm.
After they wheeled me into the surgical room I started feeling extremely nervous. Then Dr. Ebanks walked into the room with a big smile on her face, grabbed my hand, gave me some more reassurance and said “See ya on the other side.” After the surgery, she came to check on me right away and was there bright and early the next morning to check on me again.
Months before my surgery, Dr. Ebanks told me there might be a strong possibility that I might loose my nipple. I did not want this to happen and asked her to save if she could. Well with her wonderful surgically gifted hands she was able to save it!
Through this whole process, I appreciated her straightforward and firm approach before and after the surgery and now during my recovery phase. If there comes a day that I need another surgery, Dr. Ebanks will be the first person I call.
